money and time with a seasonal rental at Foxwood while you create
your own little island of paradise in the Pocono Mountains. Seasonal
Campers are encouraged to "customize" their site to suit their own
needs. You can add decks, small sheds, landscape and install ponds,
with management approval.
How do you
save money? Easy. By placing your trailer on a Seasonal Site, you
save on towing expenses, wear and tear on your vehicle, gas and time.
You set your site up once and forget it. You never have to make reservations,
again. You can come up at any time (on or off season).

Seasonal
sites have water, sewage, and electric hook-ups. Your electric
is metered. Some sites have cable television service, phone
service and even Internet service! We place and level your trailer
for you. If you get tired of a particular site, you can request
a move.
All sites that "customize" or "improve" from year to year are also
eligible for our annual award program. However, space is limited
for seasonal sites. We currently have over 140 seasonal campers
