1. Check in is at 2:00 p.m. Check out is 12:00 p.m. Early arrival/Late departures will be charged at the rate of $3/hour. No check in after 11:00 p.m.

2. Guests are welcome, but must check in at the office. Guests must pay a visitor fee of $5/per day per person.

3. Quiet hour is 11:00 p.m-8:00 a.m. Anyone found disturbing the peace will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given if evicted from the campground.

4. Children are the responsibility of their parents/guardians. All children must be on their own sites by 10:00 p.m. Children under 12 must be accompanied to restrooms at all times. Parents will be charged a $50 clean up fee for any vandalism, messing, or defacing of restrooms. Children under 12 must be accompanied to the pool. Any unattended children will be asked to leave the pool area. Children under 12 must be accompanied to all activities. Any unattended children will be asked to leave the activities.

5. Deposits are required to secure reservations. A one-night deposit will be charged for all regular campground stays. Deposits not charged on a credit card, must be received within 7 days of reservation. Holiday stays must be paid in full at time of reservation, or campsites will not be held.

6. Cancellation must be received 10 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund. Cancellations within the 10-day period are not subject to any refund. A $3 fee will be charged for all changes and cancellations.

7. Bicycle riders must wear safety helmets. No bicycles are to be ridden after dark. Any violations will result in confiscation of bicycles until time of departure.

8. Messages will be posted outside of camp store.

9. Pets are welcome at Foxwood. All pets must be contained on leashes. No pets may be left alone on site. You must supply a copy of shot records or license upon registration. Pets must be cleaned up after.

10. Speed limit is 10 miles per hour. Anyone in violation will be asked to leave. Only 2 cars are allowed per site. All cars must be registered and insured. All drivers must be licensed.

11. Foxwood is not responsible for injuries or accidents. Camp at your own risk.

12. The Management reserves the right to refuse campsite rental to anyone who does not conform to camp regulations.

13. All trash must be brought to dumpsters. Trash may not be left at campsite at time of departure. No littering is allowed. Anyone caught littering will be charged a clean-up fee of $10 per incident.

14. ATV’s, mopeds, mini-bikes, etc. are not permitted in campground. Only electric golf carts may be used in campground. Violators will be evicted from campground.

15. No firearms are to be discharged in campground. This includes BB guns, air guns, and paintball guns.

16. Campfires must be confined to fire rings. All fires must be supervised. No bonfires allowed at any time.

17. Each site is supplied with one picnic table and one fire ring. Do not remove them from any site. If your site is missing either item, please contact the store to have one delivered.

18. Alcohol must be kept at campsite, unless approved by Management. Pennsylvania legal drinking age is 21. No kegs allowed. Abuse of alcohol or drugs will be cause for immediate eviction from campground.

19. The above rules and regulations are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the management.
